DESCRIPTION:Beginners / Level I: Friday\, July 26\, 6-7:30pm\, $35Intermediate: Saturday\, July 27\, 10:30am-12:30pm\, $40 \n\n\n\nJoin Tristan Boyer Binns\, CIYT and ropes specialist\, for a weekend of workshops all about learning to use the wall ropes to enhance your yoga practice. Friday is a gentle introduction suitable for Level 1 yoga students. Saturday is more intense\, so have a well-established yoga practice. No ropes experience is necessary for either workshop! Tristan is the author of Yoga Kurunta: Learning the Ropes and head of the Boston Yoga Ropes Collective.
