I love my rope wall not just for hanging off but also to connect and focus deeper into the body.

I’m no novice to the ‘the rope wall’, having had one at home for many years and been on numerous courses. On installing a wall in my studio I searched for a new book on the subject. I already have a couple but often these are just drawings or pictures with no instructions. I was therefore delighted when I discovered a book by the Boston Yoga Ropes Collective @bostonyogaropes . The detail is incredible with loads of colour pictures, options and progressions for injuries or less experienced. This is by far the best Yoga Kurunta (yoga ropes which literally means puppet) book out there.

For anyone using the rope wall this book is a must have.
